Shipping Policy

We process and ship most orders the same day when placed before 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via economy shipping (3–7 business days) unless a faster method is selected at checkout.

Free Shipping: Free shipping on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase. It is applied automatically at checkout.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.

Returns & Refunds

Your first bottle of Deep Focus Daily is covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, even if you've opened it and tried the product.

 

For additional bottles or subsequent orders, we accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery.
