📦 Shipping Policy

We process and ship most orders same day when placed before 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

• Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via economy shipping (3–7 business days) unless a faster method is selected at checkout.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.
• Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original, sealed packaging.
• To start a return, please contact our team with your order number.
• Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
